1998年至现在，任清华大学教授

2009年至现在，任bte365正规网站副院长

1996-2004年历任国家“863”计划海洋生物技术主题第1-3届专家组成员。2007年至今担任国家科技部“973”计划第四届农业领域专家咨询组成员。现任bte365正规网站副院长，清华大学海洋生物技术研究所所长，欧洲海洋生物技术学会(ESMB)会员及Marine Biotechnology国际杂志编委。

主要研究领域与方向

近年来主要从事海洋生物化学与分子生物学、海洋生物矿化的分子机理等方面的研究工作。近年发表在SCI收录的文章70余篇。
