研究方向：

基因组学新技术的开发及其在生物医学领域的应用。综合运用微流、高通量测序等手段，开发单细胞分析、单倍体分析、高准度测序等基因组学技术，利用这些技术研究遗传、发育、癌症、免疫等过程背后的遗传学特性以及相关疾病的发病机理。
