主要科研领域和研究方向

我们利用冷冻电子显微学，结合生物化学、生物物理学和细胞生物学等技术手段，研究：

（1）蛋白质复合体及复杂蛋白质机器的结构、功能与工作机理；

（2）膜蛋白的结构、功能与工作机理；

（3）囊泡运输中的分子机制，蛋白质与膜脂的相互作用，生物膜与重大疾病的关系。
