主要科研领域与方向:

以秀丽线虫为主要动物模型,研究细胞凋亡的调控机制,磷酸脂在生物膜上不对称分布的调控机制,父本线粒体在早期胚胎发育过程中选择性清除的分子机制,乙型肝炎病毒致病的机制和筛药,以及由非正常的细胞凋亡及磷酸脂不对称分布引起的疾病,如癌症,自身免疫疾病等。
