主要科研领域与方向:

主要运用细胞生物学,生物化学，基因组学等方法研究TGF-b信号传导在胚胎干细胞的自我更新和胚胎发育中的作用机制；研究胚胎干细胞分化发育过程中在表观遗传水平上，TGF-b及相关信号传导通路如何在时间和空间上紧密调控基因表达；同时致力于研究在癌症及其它疾病中TGF-b 信号传导如何与其它信号传导通路相互作用及其功能。
